On a scorching hot June night half way through the MRB Spanish Tour of 2019 the bus pulled into Sala X and a capacity crowd were treated to the full force of this incredible bands set. Screaming to live with a cover of Hendrix's 'Axis:Bold As Love' classic "Spanish Castle Magic" before merging into the magnificent Mogodon steamroller of "Leviathan". Unfortunately these two tracks were not caught by the sandman recording the show, however everything from the RHR southern rock slam of 'Ghost Hound Rider' to the encore, a rollicking rockabilly romp of "Fixin' To Die" were captured and presented here in all their glory. This is a 2 track, stereo 'soundboard' mix, not a multitracked artefact but the sheer power and drive in the delivery of the set makes up for any minor sonic imperfections. Crack open an ice cold Coca Cola or a chilled Estrella, kick back and join Mike, Darren & Ricky onstage and on fire deep in the heart of Seville.
